Hayley Haggerty is a proactive, passionate and highly capable Quality & Compliance Manager with a substantial amount of experience working within the aged care sector.

  • About the role

    As a critical team member, the Quality & Compliance Manager reports directly to the CEO and provides the necessary expertise and support to multiple stakeholders, including the Operations Manager, HR, Case Services Team, Programs and Support Workers among others.

  • About the organisation

    Co.As.It. Community Services Ltd. is a service provider within the aged care and community services industry, which has won recognition for high quality service delivery and excellence in care.

    With over 40 years experience in providing services to CALD communities, Co.As.It. is well placed to understand the needs of people from different cultural and language backgrounds, coordinate services with clients and family members and assign care staff who are aware of the client’s preferences, religious beliefs, special celebrations and regional culinary requirements.  Often the care staff will speak the same language as the client.

    Co.As.It. assists NDIS clients and supports people aged over 65 to remain living in their own homes. In addition to these commonwealth programs, it supports and assists people aged under 65 to live independently under the Queensland Community and Support Service. Co.As.It. also self funds a number of initiatives to improve the quality of life of culturally and linguistically diverse and mainstream communities. These include social outings, respite care, physical activities such as dance classes, stay active classes, community centres, cultural support to aged care facilities and cultural events such as Festitalia.

  • About Hayley

    Hayley has been immersed in the aged care sector for a significant part of her career. Her experience with Quality and Compliance has been developed through a number of significant organisations. She brings extensive knowledge of current legislation and best practice within the aged care space, she understands the impact of changing legislation, and has had experience in the implementation of electronic auditing systems.

    Continual learning is important to Hayley, adding a wide selection of Tertiary qualifications to solidify the experience she has gained throughout her career.

    With a strong understanding of the importance of relationships, Hayley looks to build relationships based on trust. Outgoing, open, and a welcoming personality, Hayley’s upbeat approach has seen her often become the go-to person within the organisation’s she has worked in.

    With exceptional experience in Quality and Compliance, Hayley is passionate about doing the right thing. She has extensive experience working within the CALD environment and her “Grass Roots” understanding, and experience gives her the necessary credibility to talk with multiple audiences.
