Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in the lives of aged care clients? Our client, a leader in the provision of superior Aged Care services, is searching for a passionate and dynamic Senior Service Leader to join their rapidly expanding team.
As the Senior Service Leader, you will play a crucial role in managing a caseload of complex clients while mentoring a team of Service Leaders and Support Workers. You will leverage your expertise in Home Care and case management to provide expert advice and ensure services are client-centred, safe, and compliant. With excellent communication and problem resolution skills, you will contribute to a best practice workplace culture, focusing on client experience, team development, and positive clinical outcomes.
Your leadership will ensure that services are flexible, responsive, and tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. On the individual level, you will assist the team to understand capability expectations, provide constructive feedback, and create opportunities for skill development and career growth and provide direct supervision.
You will play a pivotal role in creating a positive impact on the community, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, their families, and key stakeholders. You are skilled in conflict resolution, managing each situation sensitively and professionally, while understanding the importance of listening and responding appropriately.
Candidates must be qualified Registered Nurses (AHPRA) with strong clinical assessment skills and proven experience in the home care sector. Blue Card and NDIS Workers Screening Card is also required.
