There is now an opportunity for a HR specialist to join the team of motivated, professional and passionate individuals of this best practice organisation who provide opportunities for members to rejoin the worlds of friendships, family, employment, education, housing, and social recreation.
The perfect candidate will balance a good general HR background coupled with a robust understanding of compliance, specifically; employment laws, regulations, service standards and best practice as well as the maintenance of compliance documentation, policies and WHS registers – ideally within a non-profit environment. This is a fun, busy and multifaceted role that requires a can-do attitude from a dynamic and knowledgeable, yet warm and empathetic candidate.
This fun-filled, exciting, busy yet fundamental role will see you driving: Recruitment, administration, document management, staff engagement, compliance, reporting, support, onboarding, enquiries, learning and development.
So, if you are an active listener, with well-honed problem solving and analytical skills, you bring strong MS Office capabilities, experience in document management, first-rate written communications, exemplary attention to detail and a set of social and interpersonal skills that enable you to liaise at all levels, this may just be the role for you!
