- Proven experience in an Admin Support role – ideally in education
- Proficiency in office software and systems
- Located within a world class University in Brisbane. Attractive remuneration
Intuitive, diplomatic and emotionally mature, it’s your soft skills that will make you a standout candidate for this influential leadership role.
With the privilege of having super-centenarian status, this comfortable, well-run residential college provides a ‘home away from home’ for undergraduate students, who come to study in Brisbane – mostly from overseas, rural or regional Australia. A safe haven in an uncertain world, this vibrant community offers many opportunities for social, sporting, cultural and spiritual activities to its residents.
We are looking for an Administration Lead who can balance the seriousness of academics with the realities of young adulthood. This role is perfect for someone who can see the funny side of life and understands the challenges and joys of this pivotal stage.

- Team Leadership: Guide and support a small, efficient administration team.
- Student Engagement: Interact with students, understanding their needs and contributing to their college experience.
- Event Assistance: Play a key role in organising and assisting with college events.
- Residential Experience: Be a part of a team that ensures students have the best experience, from dealing with everyday issues to supporting them through more challenging times.
What We’re Looking For:
- Educational Background: An education that has instilled in you a strong understanding of college culture and heritage.
- Passion for Education: A genuine interest in working within an educational environment and supporting young adults during this crucial stage of their lives.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and engagement skills, with the ability to connect with students and staff alike.
- Empathy and Humour: The ability to empathise with students and staff and a good sense of humour to handle the ups and downs of college life.
If you want to make a difference in the lives of young adults as they navigate their educational journey, work within a college that values tradition, culture, and the holistic development of its students and join a team that considers itself a family, where everyone looks out for each other and works together to create a supportive and enriching environment, then this could be the role for you!
