The association has existed in various forms for more than 30 years and is run by a Management Committee. The Management Committee consists of owners, operators and managers of early learning services who have extensive knowledge and experience in the fields of early childhood, education and training, and management.
Driving member recruitment, engagement & retention and ensuring a seamless experience for members will be the exciting task for a dynamic and eager Membership Officer.
This position will work closely with the CEO and Marketing & Social Media Officer to ensure the smooth and efficient engagement with members, ensuring an effective onboarding, retention, and communication processes. A wonderful opportunity for professional growth and development!

To really make an impact you must bring strong communication and interpersonal skills, experience in customer service (preferably in nonprofit or membership-based organisations), proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM (ZOHO), and excellent organisational skills.
Friendly and motivated with a passion for delivering excellent customer service, you are the key point of contact with members in the childcare sector. You have a lovely combination of warmth and professionalism, with a good eye for detail.
Highly organised with exceptional time management, initiative, and coordination skills, you are an invaluable asset to any dynamic team. Your expertise in event management and coordination comes naturally to you.
