This inspirational organisation advocates for the interests of children and families. They represent approved providers and operators in ensuring that families across Queensland have access to quality, affordable and accessible early childhood education and care.

The association has existed in various forms for more than 30 years and is run by a Management Committee. The Management Committee consists of owners, operators and managers of early learning services who have extensive knowledge and experience in the fields of early childhood, education and training, and management.

Promoting the value of early childhood education, supporting the organisation’s initiatives and ensuring effective communication to stakeholders will be pivotal in this exciting role.

Creatively outstanding and experienced across the marcoms landscape you will need demonstrated expertise in strategy development, social media management and content creation, with the skills to develop a genuinely original and inventive tactical approach.

To aid you in this, you must bring a grab bag that contains tertiary qualifications, technical proficiency across the entire Marketing landscape including analytics and SEO, robust digital, multi-media and social media experience, photographic and video abilities and excellent digital marketing skills.

Inspirational professional warmth and vibrancy is essential for you to tell the stories to engage and captivate multiple stakeholders. Skilled in your craft, you will bring that lovely and rare capability of weaving special value into all of your communication across all channels.

Extremely well organised with proven time management and organisational skills, your poise and presentation are faultless. And while you’re both strategic and seamlessly collaborative, you’re also outstanding at working independently in fast moving environments to effectively manage deadlines and priorities. You are comfortable liaising with members and working with industry partners.

Empathetic and ethical, you have excellent levels of brand awareness and understanding. Your keen eye for opportunity and smart appreciation of what marketing and communications are all about, mean you appreciate the value brought to all education-based organisations through (not only) the members and childhood education providers but the families and policymakers too.
