As the Human Resources Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of their goal to cultivate a positive work culture while managing various community initiatives and growing the important org as they focus on their future financial objectives. Your role will encompass everything from recruitment to engagement initiatives, to ensure the people within this exceptional organisation feel valued and supported.

About the role

This dynamic role will see you driving: Recruitment, administration, document management, staff engagement, compliance, reporting, support, onboarding, enquiries, learning and development.

So, if you are an active listener, with well-honed problem solving and analytical skills, you bring strong MS Office capabilities, experience in document management, first-rate written communications, exemplary attention to detail and a set of social and interpersonal skills that enable you to liaise at all levels, this may just be the role for you!
