Are you passionate about making a difference and have experience in fundraising? Our client is looking for a Temporary Fundraising Coordinator to join their team and support their fundraising efforts. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is ready to jump in and help with various tasks.
As a Fundraiser Coordinator, your main responsibilities will include:
- Facilitate fundraising phone lines and triage email inbox.
- Assist with dispatch and provide general administrative support for campaigns.
- Manage data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Provide high-level customer service to donors and stakeholders.
- Support various fundraising campaigns and initiatives
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Fundraising Peer to Peer Campaign Experience: You have hands-on experience with peer-to-peer fundraising campaigns.
- High-Level Customer Service: You excel in providing exceptional customer service and building relationships.
- Multi-Tasker: You can juggle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Problem Solver: You are resourceful and can find solutions to challenges as they arise.
- Data Entry: You are detail-oriented and can manage data entry tasks accurately.
- Phone Line/Inbox Management: You are experienced in managing phone lines and email inboxes efficiently.
- Various Campaigns: You are adaptable and can support different types of fundraising campaigns.
Our client is transitioning to a new CRM system in the coming months, so experience with CRM systems and the ability to adapt to change is highly desirable.
