It is a challenging and dynamic time in Home Care packaging, with many changes on the near horizon. Our client views its Home Care Packaging team as an essential part of its daily operations and its role in its future development.

As a Finance Officer for Packaged Care, you will support the end-to-end revenue function for our group. Your responsibilities will include:
- Driving transaction processing functions to ensure all packaged care transactions are completed accurately and on time.
- Reflecting all subsidy detail changes within care systems and preparing timely funding reconciliations.
- Managing the client admission and departure processes, ensuring all funding and legislative requirements are met.
- Maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our finance system.
- Supporting internal and external audit functions as needed.
- Assisting the Finance team in meeting reporting deadlines through timely completion of processes and reconciliations.
- Acting as a subject matter expert for the business, including during system upgrades.
- Undertaking other tasks and projects within the scope of your role.
You will have:
- A Certificate IV or Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office.
- Experience in aged care funding legislation is advantageous.
- Federal Police Clearance must be attained, and you must declare any future charges or convictions that could affect your role.
