The role:
Are you an individual that can meet the expected skills and attributes of a Senior EA?
It’s a given that you would be providing high level administration and assistance to both the CFO, FDSC and Sub-committees as well as acting as the ‘gatekeeper’ and building ‘right hand person’ relationships where you can anticipate needs and use your initiative with minimal supervision.
As an Executive Assistant, your main responsibilities will include:
- Schedule professional agendas, correspondence, phone calls, stakeholder management.
- Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management, as well as content and flow of information to executives and senior leadership.
- Research and collate information relevant to strategic projects as required.
- Draft reports and papers.
- Manage travel logistic and activities.
- Provide office administration, including expenses, office orders and property fund administration.
- Support FDSC leadership team to deliver the agreed outcomes.
- Organise team communications and events.
- Coordinate agenda setting and draft agendas for FDSC and sub committees.
- Coordinate and draft preparation of reports and submissions for FDSC, sub committees including editorial review.
- Prepare and distribute FDSC and subcommittee packs to members.
- Prepare meeting minutes and action items.
Skills and experience required:
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Office Management or Administration.
- Experience providing executive level administrative support for a large and complex organisation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of organisational skills and emotional intelligence.
