We are seeking a highly professional and composed Executive Assistant to support the senior management team of a non-profit organisation dedicated to supporting continuous quality improvement in health, community, and support service organisations. They pride themselves on their human-centered approach, working closely with clients to understand their unique needs and support their journey towards excellence.

As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to the senior management team. Your day will be busy managing schedules, appointments, and meetings with exceptional attention to detail. You’ll prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations, acting as a key point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders. Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism, you’ll solve problems efficiently and proactively, taking initiative to address issues as they arise.

Your ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks will be crucial as you work autonomously to alleviate the workload of the senior management team. Maintaining a calm and composed demeanor, even in high-pressure situations, you’ll communicate clearly and effectively, fostering a positive and engaging work environment. Additionally, you’ll understand and apply project management principles to support various initiatives and ensure timely completion of tasks.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as an Executive Assistant or a similar role. Strong problem-solving skills coupled with the ability to learn quickly is crucial. Working independently, you can show initiative, demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. Maintaining a calm and professional demeanor and strong reporting skills will see you achieve success in this role. An understanding of project management principles and practices will be highly beneficial.
