The Clinical Intake Manager will be working with clients with urgent and complex needs. Using your experience in both NDIS and SILS, you’ll thrive in a fast paced and high achieving environment, happy to have the responsibility and accountability for creating positive impact in clients’ lives.
In addition to your Nursing qualifications, preferably coupled with post Graduate studies, you will have excellent business acumen, and the analytical capacity to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. A team player with a genuine interest in the people around you, you will naturally build rapport, and skilfully support, collaborate with and lead a diverse and multi-disciplinary team.
Your proven strategic leadership and managerial experience will ideally be supported by strong relationship and networking skills, risk and quality expertise, a flair for building mutually beneficial connections while achieving the best possible outcomes for all. Your relaxed helpful manner, the power to inspire others in an environment of reform, growth and change and a calm level-headed approach will all add polish to your application.
