Developing teams, interacting with a supportive Board, advocacy, change management, an understanding of country life, the willingness to roll up your sleeves and get things done, an unflappable nature and a good understanding of how an efficient & effective membership organisation works are all required attributes. Further attributes that will add gloss to your application are a great network across business and government, tertiary qualifications in Business and/or Natural Resource Management, Environment, Science or Economics and (ideally) AICD credentials.
