Terms and Conditions
Referral process
- Submit the Candidate Referral Program form.
- A Windsor Group consultant will contact the referral.
- If the referral is successful in securing an executive, permanent, or temporary position through Windsor Group, we will contact the referrer via email or telephone.
- In line with the eligibility criteria, a Visa gift card valued at $300 will be payable for an executive, permanent, or temporary position.
- The Visa gift card will be sent via email to the referrer.
Eligibility
- The incentive applies if the referral has not previously been contacted by Windsor Group in relation to the selected role and isn’t already a part of the Windsor Group database
- Referral incentives are payable once the referral candidate has been successfully placed by Windsor Group in:
- An executive, permanent, or temporary position payable at 1 months from the start date.
