There is now an exciting opportunity for a Marketing and Business Development Manager who will play a crucial role in expanding reach and building meaningful relationships with a variety of stakeholders. Your efforts will directly impact the lives of students and their families, helping them navigate pathways that traditional systems often overlook.

What you need to bring to the table…
A seasoned professional with demonstratable experience and skills in sales/marketing, communications, an excellent record of putting your knowledge to work in innovative and productive ways. To thrive amongst the hive of activity, it is anticipated you’ll also demonstrate:
- Marketing and Business Development Activities to ensuring programs are well-known and accessible. This includes implementing effective campaigns in line with current marketing strategies.
- Stakeholder Engagement to build and maintain relationships with high school students, teachers, guidance counsellors, allied health workers, NDIS support coordinators, and other key stakeholders.
- Community Outreach where you will both organise and participate in events to connect with families and promote programs, utilising innovation and creative ideas to keep families engaged and informed.
- Through Educational Marketing you can tailor marketing messages to resonate with different groups, including psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals as well as in-house experts to ensure accurate and impactful communication.
- Promote New Programs through strategic marketing efforts.
The successful candidate will demonstrate passion and empathy with a genuine interest in supporting the autism community and a compassionate approach to our work. You will have maturity and excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with families and individuals with lived experience. Innovative thinking, creative ideas and the ability to develop and implement effective marketing programs will also support your application.
But most of all, you will have a collaborative spirit and the ability to work well with others in a dynamic, fun environment.
