About the role
The purpose of the role is to drive Hear and Say’s fundraising approach in concept and execution to fund services for children and families across Queensland, supported by the following:
establish a broad fundraising strategy and lead its execution, including direct donor engagement and events,
manage activity as a portfolio, working concurrently on matters that will mature on different timelines,
partner and improve the ICT that underpins fundraising,
craft narratives with the Leadership Team and Marcomms staff, which connect people to our cause,
engage people at all levels; especially people who have experienced success in their career and life,
work collaboratively to manage grants and acquittals.

This is an office-based role, core hours being 8:30am – 5:00pm with flexibility.
Mandatory requirements for this role
Relevant experience at a senior fundraising level.
Eligibility to clear probity checks including disability worker screening, working with children check (Blue Card / Yellow Card).
